Safety in Service ManagemenT

ACE ensures seamless planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and non-scheduled services. Our dedicated service teams, strategically located across the nation with various local service points, are supported by administrative, purchasing, manufacturing, and warehouse services. Competent technicians with structural, mechanical, and electrical expertise manage equipment inspection and maintenance.

ACE collaborates with clients to monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions. A dedicated account manager ensures client satisfaction, conducts regular reviews, and monitors performance KPIs, including health, safety, environmental aspects, and service quality. Utilising advanced computerised software and client portals, ACE efficiently manages and plans service works.

Our 24/7 service call and response system, equipped with real-time locating information, enables optimised service and breakdown call-outs, meeting and exceeding priority response requirements.
